This apartment has four foot by four foot (4ft x 4ft) skylights in the living area.  Handmade cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and hardwood floors.  Rear back door leads to a balcony with views of the garden courtyard behind the building. This property was a NPS Historic renovation. The building is circa 1900, and was actually three buildings that had faced franklin st.- that were joined together. They then built a new facade on Hay st. This was the first historic preservation done by DK Enterprise and netted over 135K in tax credits.
